Name of film: Children of men
Director: Alfonso Cuarón
Other Info: Released 2006, Sci-fi

Scene: Car Scene.

Use of camera:
The whole scene is shot in the car which means that there would be a lot of close up shots of the actors within the car and their reactions. The camera movement isn't clear and you can see that there is a bit of gittery movement. The camera also has been done so that you can see all around 360 degrees. You can also se that there is a panning shots when camera goes out of the car but also that the camera follows Theo than the action which suggests that Theo will be more important than the action that goes around him.

Editing:
The director has decided to do this scene with no editing such as cuts used.

Mis-en-scene:
Car Burning, Orange, Ping pong ball, baseball bat, Gun, Motorcycle, Abandoned road

Sound:
Radio Music, Digetic Music (Realistic Music), Car Noise, Fast paced Music, Music not throughout the scene, Ringing from the bullet, Blends in with the sound effects, Rhythmic, Walky talky (at the end of the scene), Bird chirping.

Script and dialogue:
Friendship/Relationship between Theo and Julian,
Miriam tries to help when julian is shot,
We know that Theo snores when it was mentioned by Julian,
Kee = Direct, Funny (at times),
Luke says "I cant outrun them" as the burning car comes down the hill,
Lines help decide what will happen next.
